The Chevy Corvette reaches its platinum anniversary this year, and to celebrate this milestone, Chevy has revealed the Corvette 70th Anniversary Edition.
Debuting in 1953
First debuting in 1953, the Corvette has become one of the most beloved cars in the world, and the Chevy team continues to innovate and maintain the Corvette’s reputation for speed, precision handling, and of course, its iconic styling.
The 70th Anniversary Edition will be available on both the 2023 Corvette Stingray and the 2023 Corvette Z06. Both are available in two color options, White Pearl Metallic Tri-coat or Carbon Flash Metallic, as well as optional stripes in gray or black. 70th Anniversary badging can be found throughout, on the seats, steering wheel, and various exterior spots.
These special editions will also come with red accents, including red calipers and red stripes on the wheels. The red is carried through to the interior, with red stitching in the seats and red seatbelts. The 70th Anniversary Editions even come with custom luggage, which also features red stitching as well as the 70th Anniversary Edition logo.
The 70th Anniversary Edition models are not the only 2023 Corvette models that will commemorate the anniversary. All 2023 Corvette models will come with a special anniversary plaque as well as a graphic on the rear window.
